1...Wow, ok, that first one isn't so lucid, so maybe I'll save it and try to work it into another post.
2. I think concerts are weird, but to test myself, I went to see someone whose music I have loved for a long time perform last year. And still I found it baffling that people choose to watch people standing on a platform for 2 hours. Baffling. He may as well have been waiting for a train, but just happened to be holding a mic, and found a flashing screen behind him.
3. I think that I want to meet someone so as to form a relationship. I think. But I'm not sure, for reasons I may or may not get into at a later date. I'm also not yet motivated to join a dating website. I still want a romantic first meeting. I would like God to be my e-harmony guy.
4. Yeah, not feeling like sharing that one either.
5. There was a man in a Honda with two stickers on his trunk infront of me recently. They said "Don't Make Me Release My Flying Monkeys" and "Meddle Ye Not In The Affairs Of Dragons, For You Are Crunchy And Taste Good With Ketchup". And I feel I must be with this man.
Maybe this blog could be like my own Missed Connections page.
6. I used to have a boss who was a terrifyingly bold liar. But perhaps he wasn't. Perhaps he was just an early adopter of The Secret. For all the times we heard him say, "I flew to Sacramento to meet with the Governor the other day..." and "I recently had lunch with (a boxing legend)", maybe he knew the power of his own positive thought, and those scenarios actually played out for him.
